We have our piper!
Tom Childs has stepped up to the plate and generously donated his time to support the cause.
From his site:
"I have been piping for more than 30 years and I currently enjoy teaching the pipes and playing in pipe bands. Over the course of my piping career I have performed for numerous special events including weddings, funerals, parties, concerts, dinners, pub crawls and just about any kind of event you can imagine.
Remember to buy Tom a beer or three and tip.

So there's this:
The British Consulate's backing us. Really! Remember, they're not only English, but Scottish, Welsh, Northern Irish, Manx...
The truth is, for as much as I like to bust English chops, I do it because I really do like the English and I like the good natured ribbings. I will refrain from comment regarding the referendum. I have my opinions, but our family back in the home country need to figure it out for themselves. I wish everyone peace and good will regardless the outcome.
Whisky is in the works! It's not a done deal, but the folks above are helping coordinate with a fantastic distillation for the Grand Prize, swag, and raffle support. There was some talk of a tasting along the way.
Stay tuned!
